His life’s work was helping each person awaken to this sacred reality and embody it with hope, kindness, and spiritual purpose.
His teachings of love, connection, and conscious relationship—with God, with one another, and with the world—feel especially vital in these challenging times. We are committed to carrying Rabbi’s legacy forward: sharing his wisdom, nurturing a space of safety and belonging, and supporting you in discovering your own path to spiritual wholeness.

About Rabbi Dr. Wayne Dosick
Rabbi Wayne Dosick (1947 – 2025) was a lifelong spiritual seeker, teacher, and pioneer whose work touched countless people across generations. A rare blend of “rational intellect and mystical heart,” he served as a congregational rabbi for decades before founding the Elijah Minyan — a vibrant, spiritually alive community in Carlsbad and greater San Diego — where he nurtured contemplative, God-centered worship and deep connection.
Over his long career, Rabbi Dosick authored numerous books and hundreds of exploring spirituality, ethics, and the healing potential of ancient wisdom for modern life. As a teacher and lecturer, he spoke in synagogues, churches, universities, and community centers nationwide — always inviting seekers of all backgrounds to engage with his message of unity, love, and sacred connection.
Grounded in Jewish tradition but open to universal spiritual longing, Rabbi Dosick’s mission was to help people discover their own direct path to the Divine — and to live from that place of wholeness. His life’s work remains a beacon for all who wish to walk the path of oneness, compassion, and conscious living.
